We strive to be the type of church the city would miss if we closed our doors.
CityLife wants to be a blessing to the Twin Cities. So we’re making relationships with people and organizations who are working for the welfare of the cities. Here are some of the groups we partner with in ministry.
Strengthening Christian thinking at the University of Minnesota and in Minneapolis-St. Paul.
Together for Good
Together, along with the church, we provide practical help and relational support to struggling families.
Connecting Christian young adults with ways they can use their degree overseas alongside strategic long-term projects.
Network of free crisis pregnancy centers providing a suite of holistic services.
The Macalester-Groveland Community Council functions as a community sounding board and advisory agent to the city.
Provides Refugee Reception and Placement Services, Refugee Employment Services, Refugee Cash Assistance, Immigration Legal Services, ESL classes and tutoring, community development programs and other outreach services unique to various refugee populations and their needs and challenges.
Two ways to get involved:
- Partner with CityLife. We think our Cities are best served when we work together. If you’re a ministry, organization, or individual serving the Cities and looking for partnership from a local church, contact CityServe—our team dedicated to cultivating service and relationships in the Twin Cities.
- Talk to CityServe. Passionate about meeting a specific need in the Cities? Our CityServe team is dedicated to facilitating opportunities for CityLifers to serve around the Twin Cities. We would love to hear how we can help facilitate, equip, and support that—and get the word out so that more people will join. Contact Dan to get involved.
